HICCC (Cancer Center) Flow Cytometry

Overview of Services

The HICCC Flow Cytometry Shared Resource provides analytic and consulting services in flow cytometry-based studies.

 

Services include:

  • Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) up to 15 parameters.
  • Analytical flow cytometry for immunophenotyping, cell cycle, apoptosis, fluorescent proteins and dyes.
  • Distribution of Flow Jo data analysis software. Approximately $300 per computer in 2015-16.
  • Experimental fluorochrome planning for flow cytometry.
