ICRC Conference Room Scheduling
The Irving Cancer Research Center located at 1130 St. Nicholas Avenue has an auditorium and a conference room on the first floor which can be reserved for CUMC functions. In addition, there are conference rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th floors available to Cancer Center members only. All rooms must be reserved by logging in to the CUMC iLab site and using the calendar-based scheduling tool.
User Policies
User Policies:
- The ICRC auditorium and the ICRC first floor conference room are available for CUMC functions. ICRC conference rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th, and 10th floors are available to HICCC members only. Rooms may be reserved up to 6 months in advance.
- Before reserving the ICRC auditorium, non-HICCC users must contact the core manager, Ben Rhoades, for approval of the event. If the event is approved, the user may schedule the time on the calendar.
- No food or drink is allowed in the ICRC auditorium.
- Any required setup and cleanup must be arranged by the user with Facilities at http://www.cumc.columbia.edu/dept/facilities
- Users are responsible for arranging for IT help by opening a ticket. DBSIT requires a ticket be generated for each support date to assure staffing. Due to our rotation schedule we cannot accept standing requests.
- Tickets are generated by sending an email no less than 48 hrs in advance and no more than 1 week in advance of each requested support date.

- Please include the date, time, and location, along with contact info for the meeting's organizer and speaker(s).
- CANCELLATIONS: Please be sure to notify us in advance should a meeting be cancelled.
