Cancer Biostatistics (HICCC)

Overview of Services

The CBSR is composed of both PhD- and Master-level statisticians, with a wide spectrum of expertise in statistical methods and analysis for various types of data and biomedical problems.

The mission of the Cancer Biostatistics Shared Resource (CBSR) is to provide statistical support to HICCC investigators from the study design stage of a project through to its execution, analysis and interpretation, and finally, to the dissemination of the work.  CBSR provides the following services:

• Design, conduct, data analysis, interpretation and reporting of their clinical, laboratory and population science studies.
• Research initiatives and grant proposals.
• Statistical consideration for scientific publications.
• Clinical study/trial protocol development.
• Short-term statistical consulting and individual data analysis projects
