The Institute for Genomic Medicine (IGM) offers access to cutting-edge technology to help researchers procure, sequence, and analyze genetic data, including a number of powerful bioinformatics tools to annotate, visualize, and interpret next-generation sequence data for broad human genome analysis.
The IGM Genomic Analysis Facility specializes in High-Throughput Whole Exome and Whole Genome Sequencing for the CUIMC community. In addition to High-Throughput Sequencing we also offer: extractions, Sanger Sequencing, Genomic Arrays, and data processing and storage.
